In this project with JLL, we explore one of the neighborhoods with the highest commercial projection in Barcelona, highlighting its growth, its appeal to brands, and the opportunities it offers in the retail rental market.
The video combines an analytical and visual narrative, supported by data, testimonials, and footage that shows the neighborhood’s life from the inside: its shops, its movement, and its unique identity.
